Through a special PIN code, this service allows access to information on the use of the card, as follows:

  • The remaining balance of the card limit through a month.
  • The last month statement.
  • Changing the PIN code of this service upon your choice.
  • The service is currently available for Visa Cards and the other cards are underway.
  • Contact the Cards Center to get the PIN code on Tel: 7962850-7953509

BANQUE MISR offers The Voice Banking Service using the latest communication technology, through calling BANQUE MISR on telephone No. 3917788, providing full confidentiality in relation to the client's handling of his accounts with BANQUE MISR, through using a pin code and a serial number for every account of the client. This service allows the client to check his balance and the last five transactions.

 Subscription in this service can be made through Cairo and Alexandria Branches.

 This service is available in Cairo and Alexandria branches for current accounts only.   

 

 

Submit an application to the branch where your account is maintained for the free subscription in this service, and get:

•  Your PIN code consisting of 4 (numbers upon your choice)

•  Your serial number

How to use this system?

•  Call 3917788 - 19888 (Multiple lines)

From any tone phone, as this system can not be accessed by pulse dialing phones.

•  Follow the instructions you hear during the automatic conversation.
